Wingstop Harborcreek Location Coming Soon to Erie Area

Wingstop to Open First Location in Northwest Pennsylvania

Northwest Pennsylvania is getting its first taste of Wingstop, as the popular chicken wing chain prepares to open a new restaurant in Harborcreek. The upcoming Wingstop Harborcreek location will be set at the corner of Buffalo Road and Cook Avenue, bringing excitement to local wing lovers.

The move marks a big step for Wingstop as it expands into new territory. A building permit is already posted on-site, allowing for renovations to begin inside the space. Though no official opening date has been confirmed, the activity suggests the project is moving forward.

The new Wingstop Harborcreek location will fill a major gap for fans of the brand. Currently, the closest Wingstop is located in Painesville, Ohio, about 30 miles east of Cleveland. That means this new Harborcreek restaurant will be the first in the region for many northwestern Pennsylvania residents.

While Erie News Now has reached out to Wingstop for more details, there has been no official response yet. However, the signs of progress at the site are clear, and local residents are already looking forward to trying the menu of wings, fries, and signature sauces.

The addition of a Wingstop in the Erie area is expected to generate more foot traffic to the plaza and provide a fresh dining option
